A family factory with 90 years of experience, handed down from generation to generation, is capable of understanding the needs and goals of any business. Manufacturing process
The material arrives in rolls or formats, then is formatted to sizes requested in advance.
Vatan Makina 1450
Digital print on a plate that is placed in the offset printing machine; with the help of inks the image is produced.
Kodak Trendsetter 1650, Kodak Mercury 1250
In "Chaika" high-tech printing solutions are used, such as offset printing, flexo printing, heat printing.
Roland 700, Roland 900
The technology involves precise gluing of smooth and wavy layers of paper and cardboards.
Laminating is a process where an offset printed board is laminated to a two-layer corrugated board.
Asitrade Bobst
The two technologies provide a constructive layout of the product by cutting and creasing the die-cut material and embroidering the images. We also produce the die-cut forms.
Bobst 102, Bobst 142 ER, Bobst 142 CER
The punched blank is folded and glued to achieve the final functional layout of the product construction.
Heidelberg Diana 165, Bobst Domino 110
The remaining papers and the cardboard as well and other waste materials, are recycled.
